Cookies on our website#
Our website at edbanz.com uses only the cookies below. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them.

Our fonts are served from our own website, so loading a page doesn’t contact Google Fonts. Our demo and contact form sends your message through a form-processing service when you press send. It doesn’t set cookies.
Analytics#
If you accept analytics cookies, the website loads Google Analytics. It tells us which pages are visited, how people found us, the type of device, the country or region they’re in, and which buttons such as “Book a demo” are used.
We set it up to collect as little as possible:
- Google Analytics doesn’t load at all until you accept.
- Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off.
- We never send names, email addresses, phone numbers, school names, the contents of forms or anything from inside the EdBanz apps.
- Web addresses are trimmed before they’re sent, so only the page and any campaign tags are recorded.
If you reject analytics cookies, or don’t choose, Google Analytics isn’t loaded and nothing is sent. Carrying on browsing isn’t taken as a yes.
Changing your choice#
You can change your mind at any time. Use in the footer of any page, or here. If you withdraw, we stop Google Analytics and delete its cookies from your browser.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without them.
Advertising#
We don’t use advertising cookies, advertising pixels or tools that track you across other websites.
Cookies in the EdBanz apps#
The EdBanz apps for schools, on the web and on a phone, store what they need to keep you signed in and working: your sign-in session, your chosen campus and similar settings. These are necessary for the apps to work, so they don’t ask for consent. The apps don’t use advertising cookies.
If you allow notifications on your phone, the app stores a notification token for your device. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information in the apps.
Changes to this policy#
If we add or change a cookie, we’ll update this page first and change the date at the top. If we add a new kind of optional cookie, we’ll ask for your choice again.
