§ 00—Platform · 02

Live classes

Live classes that run themselves around the teaching.

Lectures start from the course the teacher is already in. Attendance, in-class questions, recordings and follow-ups happen inside the same lecture — not in five other tools afterwards.

§ 01—What it does

Live classes, in detail.

  1. 01

    Start from the timetable

Scheduled lectures come from the timetable, students are alerted, and the Zoom session opens inside EdBanz. Extra classes can be added when needed.

  2. 02

    Attendance taken for you

Joins and leaves are tracked while the lecture runs, and an attendance session closes the class — no register to fill in afterwards.

  3. 03

    Questions mid-lecture

Push a question to every student’s screen and watch responses arrive live: who joined, who answered, who got it wrong.

  4. 04

    Brain Challenge

Generate a single, on-topic question from the lesson in the moment and send it to the room — a check for understanding without breaking the flow.

  5. 05

    Recordings, kept with the course

Recordings are assembled after class and kept with the course, alongside lecture resources and the course conversation.

Who benefits

§ 04—Questions

Questions.

Do teachers need their own Zoom accounts?

Lectures are created and joined from inside EdBanz, so teachers start a class from their course rather than managing meeting links themselves.

Can students join from their phones?

Yes. The student experience works on the web and in the EdBanz mobile app for iOS and Android.

§ 05—Begin
