§ 00—Platform · 01
The structure the whole school runs on.
Branches, batches, grades, sections and courses are set up once in EdBanz. Every class, assessment, invoice and message after that knows exactly where it belongs — which is why every other part of the platform can be connected.
§ 01—What it does
Administration, in detail.
01
Multi-branch from day one
Run every campus under one institution. Staff can work across branches; students, fees and reports stay scoped to the branch they belong to.
02
Batches, grades, groups and sections
Model your academic year the way you actually run it. New batches can be cloned from the last one, so a new year starts with its structure already in place.
03
Timetables without clashes
Build the weekly schedule by course, teacher and room. EdBanz refuses a slot that double-books a teacher or a room before it reaches anyone’s calendar.
04
Staff, students and roles
Admins, management staff, teachers, assistants, students and parents each get the portal and the permissions their role needs — nothing more.
05
Bulk import
Bring students and records across in bulk with the data importer instead of retyping them one by one.
06
Announcements with the right reach
Address the whole school, a section or a single course — with an expiry, so old notices stop cluttering screens.

Who benefits
§ 03—Connected to
Works with
- Reports & analytics Course reports, leaderboards and network-wide analytics — plus a reporting assistant you can ask.
- Fees & invoicing Fee structures, invoices, late fees and payment verification across every branch.
- Live classes Zoom-powered lectures launched from the timetable, with attendance, in-class questions and recordings.
§ 04—Questions
Questions.
Can we run several campuses in one EdBanz account?
Yes. Branches are part of the core structure, so a school group runs every campus in one institution, with data scoped per branch and oversight across all of them.
Do we have to re-enter all of our students?
No. Student records can be imported in bulk. Larger institutions moving from another system can plan the migration with our team.
§ 05—Begin
- Engaged students.
- Informed parents.
- Less work for teachers.
- Complete visibility for management.
