Parent portal

Parents who know, without having to ask.

Parents see what they need for each child — progress, fees, messages and meetings — in one portal. Questions go to the right staff member and are answered in a conversation, not lost in a phone queue.

FIG. 01The parent portal for Noah, Grade 7-B, on a Tuesday evening.

§ 01—What it does

Parent portal, in detail.

  1. 01

    Every child in one place

Parents with more than one child at the school switch between them in a tap. Access is limited to their own children’s data.

  2. 02

    Progress at a glance

An academic summary for each child, kept current as work is submitted and graded.

  3. 03

    Fees without the queue

Invoices, payments and receipts in the portal. Parents can pay or upload proof of payment, and the school verifies it.

  4. 04

    Questions with answers

Parents raise a query and staff reply in a live conversation, with notifications on both sides.

  5. 05

    Meetings, booked

Parents request and book meetings with the school from the portal.
