Questions before you book
Who should join the call?
Whoever will decide on EdBanz or use it most. That is often a principal or school leader, someone who runs admin, and a teacher. Forward the invite to anyone you’d like to bring.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. It helps to know roughly how many campuses, classes and students you have, and which tools you use today. That’s all.
Can you bring our data across from our current system?
For some schools moving from another system, we can help bring their data across. Mention it on the form and we’ll cover it on the call.
What does EdBanz cost?
It depends on your number of active students and the tools you choose. After the demo we recommend the right setup and send you a tailored quote. How pricing works.
How do you look after our school’s information?
Your school decides what goes into EdBanz, and each role sees only what that role allows. Our Security page lists the protections in place today.

A large school or a school group?
Choose “Contact sales” on the form if you have:
- More than 1,000 active students
- More than one school group or organization
- Migration from an existing system
- Integrations with your own systems
